[Kiki has thankfully discovered the video function with the help of her newfound friends! As a result, the feed clicks on to her smiling face, tired line beneath her eyes. She waves.]

Hi everybody. I hope this is working...my egg hatched!

[Excitedly, she turns the camera, showing off a short little Minccino...busily dusting off everything, using his tail as a duster.]

He really, really likes cleaning. I named him Sweep. Stop dusting and say hello, Sweep!

[At the sound of his name, the Minccino perks up, turning towards Kiki with a happy peep. She giggles, turning the camera back to herself. She looks a bit sad.]

Did any of you have pets back home? Just curious. [A beat.]

Um, yeah. Bye!

Hello, Mr. Cooper! I'm fine, I found some people to travel with and it's been all right. And yourself?

Me, I can't complain. The last week has been something of a breeze.

_{[He looks at the Minccino though, a tiny bit distracted because that's new and exciting.]}

I haven't seen a pokémon like that before.

[She calls out to Sweep again, motioning for him to come into her arms. After dusting off her sleeves, he does, a bit grudgingly. Kiki positions him closer to the camera for Coop to get a good look.]

He's called a 'Minccino'. Pretty cute, isn't he?

Oh, absolutely. Looks like you picked a good name for him too.

[Sweep chirrs, satisfied at being called cute. Kiki scratches him behind one ear.]

Well, as long as I only get one at a time, I think I'll be okay--Vivi likes to help, and it's not like Sweep's tough to take care of! [A sheepish smile.] I just need to make sure his food bowl is really clean. He never makes a mess.

You were right. It's not so bad here, and I was supposed to be independant for a year, anyway.
