Summer's gone, but you would never be able to tell from this weather. They call this an 'indian summer', right?

[The video opens to a shot of Till, Kiki's Sawsbuck, showing off his autumn foliage, not quite as thick as he would like, given the heat. He shakes his massive antlers and prances a few times, making Kiki giggle, even as she wipes sweat from her brow.]

Isn't Till handsome with his fall antlers? I also got him a saddle--

[Till obligingly turns a bit, showing off a neat little saddle and harness getup, which looks sturdy, if not elegant.]

I had some trouble finding a saddle that was all right on his back, since he's different from a Ponyta. So I improvised a little.

[A beat.]

I've been thinking about traveling a lot, lately. Maybe even going around all of Kanto. Anyone have any tips for long distances?

I guess that's the plan, if Miss Arturia's all right with it. I'm thinking I might leave Sweep behind, though.

So I should find people to go with me? What if no one wants to come?

Is there a gym in your city? A lot of people leave and head to the next city with a gym in it once they've earned a badge.

I guess, but I'm not all that interested in gyms. I just want to see places!

He just...likes everything to be really clean, you know? So I don't think he'd be very happy on the road.

[And then Albert Rosenfield and Sweep were forever spirit brothers.]

I assume you'll be able to leave him at the breeding center and he'll be looked after there. Or were you thinking of having one of your friends watch him in the meantime?

Well, I'd rather leave him here, since he knows the place and he'd feel useful if they let him keep cleaning around. He's like a feather-duster, only alive!

We should all group up sometime! Only we're planning on going to Olivine and Cianwood right now, not Kanto...

Just because they're going to the gyms doesn't mean you have to. You can just travel with them in between, if you want.

I guess you're right. Maybe I'll ask around, see if anyone's going to Kanto.

Mm. Or if anyone already in Saffron City would be willing to wait for you to take the train. Either way, I'm sure you'll find someone.

Get Surf and Fly, mostly. I haven't been to either of them yet, but it sounds like Cianwood might be a little like Berk, so I'd like for Astrid to see it. Ideally it would be covered in snow, but that's not something I'll be too picky about.

It's safer in a group, is all. But if you want to go alone, then do it.

Yes! Though I think it's fine so long as he doesn't Sing while he works.

Oh, right. I should probably look into getting those myself sometime. I'm not really interested in fighting gyms, though.

I can put saddle bags on Till. And I was thinking of going all over--in fact, I just got this travel brochure, and it says there are water slides in Cerulean! And there are movie studios in Fuchsia! Did you know that?

Given what I know about Sing, I'd think that would put the brooms to sleep sooner than it'd inspire them into a cleaning frenzy.
